My name is Kate and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I bring fitness to your home and make it fun and effective.

As a personal trainer, I can help you overcome challenges you may have with working out... whether you do not work out at all or are just bored of your current exercising routine. Together we can design a personalized program to help you lose weight and tone your body. I also have experience working with clients with injuries or health issues. My approach to fitness is focused on you: I address your particular needs at your convenience and in your home, so that we cancel the burden of having to travel to the gym facility and we allow you to appropriate fitness as part of your life in your own space.  


Many years of experience have taught me to work with a minimal equipment and a reduced space and to focus on training methods that are tailored for individuals' needs. Originally trained in ballet, I have a mix of skills that can help you sculpt your body without oversizing your muscles.
